Used as leveling agent, diffuser, leather, wool degreasing agent, crude oil, fuel oil emulsifier, oil extraction acidification penetrating agent, styrene butadiene latex, emulsion polymerization emulsifier, glass fiber textile, cosmetics as emulsification, washing, penetration, wetting agent.
